I guess I’m the only one who doesn’t think it looks too bad. I mean, Örebro and Linköping exist. I also don’t like the old name and logo, not only because it’s a slur, but since it’s based on a ”Gothenburgian pun” stemming from them being from the “Wild West”, just get the f*** outta here with that lame shit.

Also, the overreactions are amazing.

And yeah, it’s just incredibly similar to Hansdotter’s logo, what the hell?

I think the only thing they could have done to avoid a major backlash was to return to the retro logo at least for some time and let Glenn cool off, but they failed spectacularly.

You're damn right we're mad when they take 503 days to come up with some minimalstic corporate bullshit instead of anything remotly close to a club shield. And the design bureau had the guts to try to sell it as "the members logo"

Reminiscent of when Luleå presented this new logo, the infamous “bjärven”/”bearverine”.

I remember this got more appreciation outside of Sweden, it made the top of some North American list of the nicest logos among European teams, whereas us Luleå fans hated it. Eventually the club came around and returned to the 70s logo.
