I've been pretty hard on Quinn and I disagree with a lot of what he says and does but the man is not nearly as bad a coach as some people make him out to be. The team has already won the same amount of games they won last year in 22 less games. There's been clear improvement. If we improve again next season, that means we're a very good team already in Quinn's third year.

This is a period where the coach has to scream and yell. It's not tired legs. It's a team that's too high right now thinking Igor will do everything for them, a team that's scored quite emphatically over the last dozen games and wants to play fun offensive hockey instead of making the safer defensive plays. Sharks had way too many rushes up ice where we didn't have 3 men back.

Dmen have gone deep trying to spark offensive and also made some ass plays. Players haven't won the zone pinches. Breakouts have been slow and getting intercepted.

It's one period man. The game is 1-1. Sharks are playing loose. They have zero pressure. If we get outshot 54-9 by the end of the game, sure, you can call it pathetic.
