Prospect Info: Sharks Prospect Info & Discussion thread XXI: "New, improved, and wayyyy to much info" Edition

Giants up 1-0 on Spokane through 1 period in spite of being outshot almost 2-1.

Been a fun, physical, scrappy game so far. You could be watching for free right now.

No points for Roberts but I think he's played well. Not matched up against the Catton/Cristall line though.

Boy, is Saginaw's D and goaltending just disastrous. And they're missing basically their whole second line to injury/suspension. Parekh has been very poor relative to his norm. Feels like Saginaw is running seven forwards. If Erie gets Schaefer back at any point, this series is just done.

Giving up 17 goals in the 1st 2 games of a playoff series is pretty, pretty bad.

Id love Cherny to come up and play. Why not?

1. we need to lose games
2. he gets valuable experience

BTW, same with musty if sudbury is eliminated and he is healthy to come back.

At this point, I think its very valuable to give even a few games of NHL experience. Look at Graf last year, those few games at the end gave him the taste. He wasnt ready for full time, but they gave him the benchmark. Now, he is clearly ready with a nice trajectory.

These last 10 games or so are perfect tryouts and win win to bring up the kids.

I wish london wasn't so good cuz Im pretty sure there is virtually zero chance dick plays a pro game this year. A part of me wanted denver to lose to see if they sign pohlkamp and to see what he could bring as a pro.

Bring em home, I would say there isn't enough room for everyone but not like Kostin and Ostapchuk are doing anything. Musty and Chernyshov step on up

They've always played a very run and gun system. Hence why Misa/Parekh/Chernyshov are able to rack up so many points. This series has certainly been something though

I’ve been impressed with Lund. I expected him to be a bit more like Graf or Cagnoni and be awestruck in the first games.

Regarding the D, I’m looking forward to when Pohlkamp, Misskey, Roberts, LSW etc. are on the Cuda to solidify that unit. The more guys with NHL potential better. And really, that applies to the forwards as well.
