technically he could go NCAA next year?Pretty sure Dickinson has the same problem as Musty - it's either NHL or back to juniors for him next year

Signed ELC means a player can't go to the NCAA.technically he could go NCAA next year?
No, he's signed a pro contract. He'll never play NCAA sports.technically he could go NCAA next year?
I haven't been too close following this but my guess is:With Musty out for the WJC, how many players do y'all foresee playing in the tourney?
Luca (Can) - Does he make the age cut-off?
Will Smith maybe (USA)
Sam Dickinson (Can)
Misskey (Can)
Wallenius (Swe)
Halttunen (Fin)
Svoboda (USA)
Chernychov (RUS maybe)
Kirsch (Swi)
You don't think Luca makes the canadian roster? Or am I correct in him not making the cutoff (his birthday is Dec 21).I haven't been too close following this but my guess is:
Dickinson
Wallenius
Halttunen
Maybe Svoboda
That's it. Not sure about Kirsch but matters less after the Askarov trade... We are no longer panning for goalie.
Cagnoni is ineligible. With Musty out for the WJC, how many players do y'all foresee playing in the tourney?

Funny now that athletes are getting millions for their "name, image, and likeness" to play college football and basketball that an athlete signing an actual contract is some big problem for a minor collegiate sport, but that's NCAA logic for you. Nobody does hypocrisy like the NCAA.Signed ELC means a player can't go to the NCAA.
I mean it's no different than going professional in most sports means you can no longer compete at an amateur level. Same with a college football player declaring for the draft. They only have 72 hours to rescind or they renounce all collegiate eligibility.Funny now that athletes are getting millions for their "name, image, and likeness" to play college football and basketball that an athlete signing an actual contract is some big problem for a minor collegiate sport, but that's NCAA logic for you. Yeah, the Olympics used to do that amateur hypocrisy too and that's long since deadI mean it's no different than going professional in most sports means you can no longer compete at an amateur level. I know people have a lot of opinions on Scouch, but this is a nice little breakdown of a Dickinson game. Only 5v5, but I find this sort of content really valuable.
Yep, I think that's pretty accurate. Easy to forget that he just turned 18 in June, he's a still so young and raw.Seems like Sam gets the idea of what he wants to do but execution errors here and there
Classic USA Hockey.
He hits both the USA Hockey hot buttons, which is that he went to the CHL and isn't a two-way grinder.Pretty ridiculous. Its clearly personal with him
