That's a bummer. I think some of the best culture teams at least have some team dinners/nights out, even if it's not every night.

It was at a team dinner (not attended by the whole team, probably more coaches and staff) where Warriors assistant coach Dejan Milojevic died. So professional teams do sometimes have team dinners, though they can be hazardous to your health.
