Don't Hold The Door
I'm sure back in San Jose their post game show is focused on how Burns should be traded and how he should never laugh. That's Norris trophy winning Burns to you.

Sens were 63% in the dot ... against San Jose ... that's really good
After tonight's game, the Senators are tied for 1st in the league in faceoff win percentage.
Its a big part of the game .. if we could actually hang on to it ..After tonight's game, the Senators are tied for 1st in the league in faceoff win percentage.
It appears that the players decided to play in the offensive zone instead of the 1-3-1 neutral zone neutralizer. Nice to see the hustle and offensive zone attack.Holy ****, who is this team?
So the trick is to go down by 3 or 4 early enough to change our style of play completely for half the game... interesting... they may be on to something. It appears that the players decided to play in the offensive zone instead of the 1-3-1 neutral zone neutralizer. Nice to see the hustle and offensive zone attack.
It does stifle offence. That third period was an all out offensive push instead of the 1-3-1 offensive crapper!I thought Boucher’s system stifled offence.
Now watch Dorion FIU by trades. That game reminded me why Hoffman should not be trade. When he is on, he is ON.
We simply need mpre of that.
Attendance: 16,061 (86.8% full)Great win tonight, Sens fans. I know the season's been rough so far, but what a great comeback. Impressive that the crowd was so into it, too, despite the standings. Hope they keep building off this!
The thread is pretty funny ... with the lows and highs and swings in emotions

Id like a graphic of the odds we get a pick If we keep him until TDL
What are the certainty we get a pick by keeping him until TDL and wasting a roster spot?
Its a big part of the game .. if we could actually hang on to it ..
Again, glad we won.
Again, allowing 5 goals means we still haven't gotten any better.
Two of the goals were all Andy, though.
However, it is not correlating with wins and points earned.
When the team plays Boucher’s 1-3-1 black hole of offence system, they suck. When they are set free to play offensive hockey for one period they do very well. Hope Boucher has learned something. But I have no faith in him.
It doesn't matter why.
We are still bleeding goals against.
Usually teams give up goals when the goaltender isn't playing well.
