They’re was certainly no need to bury the guy but Shanny is basically ok for them to throw a game so they wouldn’t look mean. My God what has happened to Shanny and we now know where the lack of killer instinct on this team stems from.

He's an emergency backup goalie. He's supposed to be able to make a decent effort against pro shooters. It's not a no win situation, it's high probability win situation. Holding back is condescending to the goalie. This is something I've noticed with the reformed bro types who have lived blessed lives. They are incapable of real empathy with "ordinary" people and mistakenly believe their condescension is empathy. What's kind about treating an emergency goalie who is a grown man like child?

He’s somewhat right. That’s exactly why I don’t like playing teams that are much weaker than mine. If you win, you were supposed to. If you win big, you’re mean. If you win close, you should have won big. If your lose, LOL.

Once you’re forced into that situation, however, good teams are mean.
