CV wins in a shoot out last night over Tuscon with Wright collecting another goal in regulation.

He's just under a point per game in the AHL, so things are looking pretty decent. I think it's going to keep improving.
Bring him up and keep him up. Too many underachievers on the Kraken already. He couldn’t do any worse than most of our lineup that can’t find the back of the net anyhow.

The problem with that is you’re putting a kid in a losing environment who the casuals expect to be a saviour.
Shane is in a great spot for his development right now.

That does not help the team or Shane. A big issue last season was that he was moving between multiple leagues and never got to build any chemistry or have enough time to settle down. He finally has that for the first time in 2 seasons with Coachella and is starting to click.
Moving him up to a bargain-basement team like Seattle will do nothing more than hurt the confidence that he has been able to build on this season. Leave him there and let him develop.
Shane developing is much more important for our future than winning 5-10 more games in a season that is already starting to look like a lost one. Only way I would want to bring Shane up is if we have injury related callups or for a playoff run.
He got a goal and an assist yesterday. He is up to a point per game.

Oh dude…. You are right and I’m dumb as shit. My math is bonkers and I forgot he hadn’t played every game. I manage very large budgets for a living and f***ed up 9+7.
That's why you are The Marquis rather than The Count.
I'm glad he's getting a chance to put up big numbers in the AHL. We don't need him to be Bedard, but if he were up with Seattle the rest of the year, he'd just be getting bottom-6 minutes anyway.
