I still think that , ultimately, he should be on the top two lines . And if not, the Senators have to make three duos so each center has a productive player.

Tkachuk Norris
Stutzle Batherson
Giroux Pinto

And mix whoever the f*** you want on their wing. It don't matter. One of Greig, Perron and Amadio should pick a line, but Pinto needs someone

Stutzle was down last year. Looks like Pinto is having a down season this year. It happens. I'm sure he'll warm up at some point. He's had some good chances, just not burying anything.

The weight of the contract on a good kid has made him also doubt himself. You can see it on the ice. The kid needs to just play. Don't think

He's been responsabile defensively, but his offence has completely dried up.

You can see his disapointment this year. He's very snakebitten, he should start producing eventually but can't see him cracking over 35-40 points this year unless he goes on a tear.

I wonder why they aren't using him as the bumper on PP2 wih Giroux setting him up. They had some success at that last year. Maybe it's because Gaudette is in the mix now.

There's zero chance he's even remotely close to healthy. Unfortunately just waiting for the announcement that he's having surgery or going on LTIR

He's definitely not. If it's one of those injuries that some players just play through, have Greig centre that line since Greig is usually much better at centre anyway. Just anything to get that line going please.

I totally agree, I just personally can't see him playing through this when he looks like a quarter of the player we're used to.

I'd mix it up big time right now. Greig at C, Pinto at RW, Perron at LW - until Perron returns Reinhardt, because I love giving guys chances who are full of energy and piss.

Around the bend
3 pts in his first 6 games, comes out due to injury, and hasn't had a point since. I think it's pretty likely something is lingering.

Finally saw some bite in the second half of the Anaheim game. Has generally been pretty disengaged physically, losing 50/50 battles badly, or resorting to stick checks. Definitely has looked tentative physically since coming back from injury.

I think a lot of times these things start as lingering injury issues and turn into confidence issues.

He had his best game in awhile yesterday so let’s see if he can get going.

there was a play last night where he had an open ridley greig for a tap in. instead he takes a bad shot that is hard but misses.

dudes vision, creativity, and passing is really disappointing.
