He will have no clock until he makes his missed pick. So we'll jump right from Emerz to Paajarvi18 if needed.

If he doesn't return to the pool at all I think it's too late for a replacement GM so we'll declare his team dead (no his players won't be available to pick).

But let's give him a chance, maybe it was a busy weekend.
