This may be the strongest I’ve ever seen Jack Hughes on the puck.

Sheesh Hamilton gives me the heebie jeebies with those soft little lateral passes along the blue line just asking to be picked off for break aways the other way. Again and again and again. Just can’t help himself it seems. You can see him about to do it a mile away.

I’m always careful about what I say during the 4 minutes he’s lumbering around the ice.

When he gets Rempe thrown out of the game before he can headshot any of thr Devils you will be glad he’s there. Somebody has to punch Rempe really hard. It’s the only thing that kid understands.

Nothing much to complain about so fAr. Very good system structure. He has unleashed Nico Hischier to an even higher level. Everyone seems to be motivated. Like the PP and PK.

The smallish complaint so far would be his OT 3v3 selections are sometimes strange, at least to how Ruff thought it through. Ruff may have had the 3v3 OT selection edge so far.
