It's February so with Mark Stone on LTIR (okay it's Theodore this time), I wonder if Vegas will be in the market for a defenseman for the deadline.

Not that they would necessarily be in on Jones with his contract length but it may take some other options away from a team like Dallas or Colorado who can then circle back to Jones.

Just a thought.

As much as I like Marner (he’s a better player than Matthews (imo). I bring in kids next year. My wet dream is adding Kaprizov the following year.

dont mean to change the topic but by my calculation after all the dead cap and UFAs are gone it looks like our cap space with the current cap is 27.19 mil after the season and if the cap goes up (from 88m to 95m) then 34.19m.
