i do think that compared to some of his other hollywood counterparts, his convictions and actions were fairly minor. He probably didn't destroy anyone's life like a Harvey W. or Woody Allen.

Just end your argument there.

Just end your argument there.

that's just slicing out a narrative to suit your feelings, though. that's not the big picture man.

most of us can't go through life that way. i know *you* can, but most of us can't. we have to deal with others' opinions, thoughts, and help. you lack a massive amount of critical thinking and only are able to see things from your very slim perspective. no amount of hfboards posting from me or any other user will change that.

Bizarre how much time Roman spends focusing on comedians not being able to get jobs. If I was him, I’d probably focus on the fact that I’d been unemployed for over a decade and had no plan on how to end that.

would you though, if you were being funneled an endless amount of money with no end in sight?

i'd probably never do anything but passion projects.

Well, your passion projects would hopefully not be limited to sitting in The Lounge screeching about comedians facing professional consequences for masturbating in front of people.

If I was in Roman’s situation (where someone is clearly funding his life), I’d probably move abroad. Maybe see if I could do what I do now for a smaller organization, working maybe 20 hours a week remotely? I’d try to see the world and flirt with girls with various accents I couldn’t place. Probably find time to play bass again and maybe try my hand at making shitty shoegaze music in Garage Band or something.

I just can’t believe anyone would respond to those circumstances by spending 18 hours a day online for over a decade.
