I'm seeing some of that urgency they need tonight, but it's not productive. They are finally generating sustained 5v5 ozone pressure, but still can't convert for shit, which makes it all the more ridiculous. And some players absolutely don't look like they care enough about making the playoffs, you're right.

They controlled play for most of the period. As usual they struggle to bury their chances but I don’t think there was anything wrong with their effort, and they certainly didn’t play like shit. They need goals though or it doesn’t matter.

Yep, 32nd in shooting percentage. That stat alone explains most of our woes, and if I'm Staios, my first task is to find shooters this offseason.
