But I was told the reason was "stop being a jackass"

This was over on the "could the Leafs miss the playoffs?" thread.

Am I a jackass? I didn't call anyone else names. I'm just interacting on this forum, and sticking up for the Senators because I have a soft spot for them, despite being a loser Leafs fan.

I don't troll, I'm just who I am. And yeah I guess I'm boo-hooing about a mod editing my post, but it just bothers me and they can go ahead and thread ban me IP ban me I don't care.

Tired of these people in positions of power treating others like they are peasants and not allowed to have an opinion, while at the same time actually insulting me with swear words.

Welp...

This looks great for the Habs but let's be real, the score was pretty misleading in this one. It was a very good game by both teams and tied until less than 5 minutes left, when the Habs got a PP goal followed by 2 empty netters.

Neither team was dominant at all, just a very solid game by 2 teams that contenders should be scared of right now. 6-3 makes it look lopsided af.

But best of luck to the Habs, really hope they make it in.

Thank you for a dose of sanity. The game was tied or within a goal almost all the way through. Both teams gave as good as they got and deserve where they are in the standings.

Sens have had a run of bad luck over the years and deserve some payback. Good luck!

I don't think so. But I like to take the highroad whenever possible and I have a thick skin, so I can handle being told I'm a jackass, even though that seems pretty unprofessional wording from a mod. It's all good so far I haven't been banned yet.

This is why Leafs fans are allowed to start threads about how powerful of a dump Austin Matthews took this morning, but if you start a thread about the Leafs blowing a 5 goal lead, you get shut down.

...please...people shyte on all teams here all the damn time...I've been "infracted" on a number of occasions that I didn't necessarily agree with, but I at least understood that I may have went too far, even if it was "defending" my position and not the "primary" antagonist of the debate...being a "smartass" here MIGHT get you infracted; shocking, eh??...
