It's a weak call. Stutzle's skate hit Karlsson's skate but Stutzle didn't stick out his leg, he wasn't even skating, he was pivoting.

They just literally did not want Ottawa going up 3-0 on a questionable, maybe we call it if we're calling the game tight.
