Seeing as CH will be in and out, and won't be able to make calendar backgrounds (correct me if I am wrong CH), I figured I might try.

What would people think about this kind of style I have going for the September prototype (Be honest)

Was at Future shop in Kanata today. They had a sign that stated Mika Zibanejad will be there for the midnight release of NHL 15/Destiny.

Has anyone heard if we're getting a custom local cover like last year with Anderson? I will always treasure my nhl 14 signed Anderson cover.

Dang, was supposed to come into town late tuesday, might have to come in earlier and get a hotel room close by so it's an easy to and fro. Was going to be staying in the west end area anyway.

If you really want to go, see if you can go on a Monday. Then you just have to go to the place at like 11 or 11:30 p.m. being that Zibanjad will be there at the midnight release.

Since the event is at 12 a.m september 9th, it is technically a Tuesday. But i guess you can look at it that way if you want to.

I was just telling you to get there at 11 or 11:30 p.m. on Monday September 8th just so you don't have to deal with any potential lines that you have to wait in.

No. They gutted it. So many previously included features were removed with no rational reason given.

I've been working on it. Just going to release the whole season at once.

I wasn't to pleased with it, and found it to be a lot of work

No. They gutted it. So many previously included features were removed with no rational reason given.

Last-gen might be worth buying a used copy. It isn't watered down as much, but the visuals are a lot worse than next gen.

I already preordered it, but I am just a sucker the amount removed is ridiculous.

I realize moving to new consoles would be a lot of work, but I call BS on them not having time to get everything on there. They have so much new presentation stuff, that must have taken along time but it doesn't have as much of an impact as gameplay/modes. They could have waited till next year to add presentation when all the game modes were already developed for next gen.

Not to mention they had TWO YEARS to work on it. All their other games came out last year with pretty much all the game modes.

The gaming industry in general seems to be trending on the cheap side lately. I guess since the industry has grown so large, they can afford to go from steakhouse quality to McDonalds and still sell more than enough copies to make a big profit.

Gaming kind of sucks these days, if you ask me.

A whole lot of glitz & shine, but very little in the ways of innovation. Most games I see these days just seem like HD remakes of the same stuff I was playing 10-15 years ago.
