Yo Omni is there any reason you didn't put me in the gdt schedule for the canes game? Not mad or anything just curious if you missed it or if I broke a rule.

So last semester a girl in my class made a derogatory remark about french people, I chirped her.

I am not in the same section as this girl any more. She complained to the Dean and now I have to have a meeting with him.

Give me a break.

So, effectively she's a racist, and you're the one in trouble?

Didn't want to post a whole new thread for my problem, so I figured the lounge would be a good place to ask.

I've been trying to secure some home opener tickets over on capitaltickets and my credit card keeps being declined by the website but I can make purchases anywhere else online with it. Capitaltickets is saying that it's a "address issue" yet I haven't changed my address for the past three months. I've even used this card to get 67 tickets a month or two ago. I called the box office, who told me to call TD, and then TD told me that it was a problem at the box office. Repeat.

I really don't want to miss this game.

Anyone else ever deal with something like this?

Yep. I've included the room number on my Captialtickets account and it's in the bank's database to send me bills, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Sadly, that didn't work either.

Here's the message I keep getting:

Your credit card company has detected an address mismatch error. Your address must match the billing address of the credit card used for purchase. Please correct your address and resubmit to complete your purchase.

I appreciate the help by the way. :handclap:

Bit of a longshot, but are you in a suburb, by any chance? I'm in Greely and I've gotten that same mistake when I try putting "Ottawa, ON" instead of "Greely, ON"

This was happening to my friend when we bought tickets yesterday.

Type it the same way it is listed on your drivers licence.

Also, make sure your profile address matches how your CC address is listed

If you have

Toast Charger
123 Main st. Apt 456
Ottawa, ON
K7K 7K7

and then

456-123 Main St. Ottawa, ON
K7K 7K7

If wont work.

Both have to be like the second one.

I live right in Ottawa, so that definitely isn't it.

It probably wouldn't be the same. I haven't had it updated since I moved to Ottawa this year (I'm a student). I've tried just about every sort of combination now.

I called TD again and they said it's being approved, so it has to be the box office.

Did you ask TD how they have your address listed?

It is definitely Capital Tickets computers, we dealt with them for 30 minutes yesterday.

If you are a student, and TD sends your mail to your parents house, then that is your problem.

TD had it the exact way I have it on Capitaltickets. The mail comes right to the apartment so I just can't figure it out.

Good to hear I'm not the only one with the issue though.
