I guess it is not his fault that they are using him.

It is his fault for not being able to work within a setup that a player of his caliber should be easily able to work within, and for not working on his shot at all in 5+ years of being a pro player now.

At the end of the day, it is 100% his fault if he is taken off of the PP for being completely inept.

marner has never been known for his shot, not even in junior. So I don’t know why people are expecting it in the NHL. He’s good for 20-25 goals and will rack up assists. This is nothing new. Manage your expectations you’ll be fine.
