Brady played so soft last night. A fight doesn't change anything. You don't fight your way to wins or to the cup.

You win by playing tough to play against defensively and having focus. Brady is the poster boy for lacking focus and being soft defensively on this roster and now Stutzle and Chychrun are following in his example.

I still think a good defensive minded coach can teach these young players, including Tkachuk, ways to defend using their unique skillsets.

It's almost hilarious to me, this conversation. If an attitude change is needed then a change in thinking is needed. It is on the coach to come up with ways to change players' ,minds on how they have to play for the team to have success.

It can take time to mold young minds in a team first, defence first mentality. But it has been done, over and over again in every sport there is.

If you're tough enough to fight in this league then you are tough enough play defense. It just takes a good teacher.

DJ just can't teach. It is what it is.
