With our first game back from a long two week break, Canada winning the 4N tournament, lingering injuries to many top players, and the Sens facing a major divisional rival in Montreal, there are a lot of things to discuss before puck drops tomorrow at 7pm.

I’m just gonna go ahead and assume Brady won’t end up playing tomorrrow.

Brucie being allergic to writing, does he mean neither Pinto nor Norris (or one or the other is not available based on Halliday being up here)? Used an OR to mean AND?

The playoff hope literally hangs in the balance and it's a huge, huge loss. Hope Tkachuk and Sanderson are ready to roar. Go Sens Go!

I'll be super pissed if either Brady or Sandy doesn't play on Saturday. It's bad enough being down 2 with Norris and Pinto. Being down 3-4? Unacceptable.

This is the kind of game we absolutely must win, and we're going to say that alot ovet the course of the next 26 games. Every point matters.

2 are injured and 2 are coming back from playing the highest level of hockey they've played in their careers. Also Brady and Sandy are way more important for our playoff push so if they need to take a game off so that they don't overdo it, it'll be better for their longevity down the stretch. I'd be more disappointed if they came back too early and as a result have to miss more games due to an injury.

Yeah, except our schedule is super light this week.

We play tomorrow, then Wednesday, then Saturday again. After that we get back to a more regular cadence between games.

I think, and hope, that Tkachuk and Sanderson not practicing today does NOT mean that they are injured and will not play Saturday night. It seems that either Norris or Pinto will not play Saturday night; however, Garrioch should improve his use of the English language and be more informative when he tweets.

Four Nations finals players were never going to be back Friday, it was said they’d be there for Saturday morning skates.

So nothing to be alarmed by. I think Sanderson will almost surely play as there’s been no sign of injury or anything else but with Brady who knows as he is likely dealing with an injury.

I think Brady is a bit too banged up to play Saturday. Best bet is to give him the night off instead of risking further injury.

Sandy should be able to go though.

In a perfect world I think they'd like to give Tkachuk tomorrow night off, which would give him 5 days to recharge before they play again on Wednesday, but after looking at the cap situation I don't think they can.

Norris and Pinto are clearly not ready to go, so that leaves the team with 12 forwards - including Tkachuk - and not enough cap space to recall anybody. I guess they could go 11/7 like they did leading into the 4 Nations break.
