Zub has looked good solely because our D has been so bad.

Zub is a 2nd Pair D'man; not 1st pair material. And by the way, I like Zub.

Not sure you can fix stupid. Chabot's issue is a consistent inability to read playswhile defending
He also screws up when he has the puck; too lackadaisical.

Yeah sorry but Yak > Chabot already and he is 19 years old
Not sure you’re wrong. Yak’s shot and handles make him more dynamic in the offensive zone. Both need work defensively. Chabot better on the breakout. Neither PK. Wild that this take isn’t ridiculous

Am all in for keeping Yak for 9 first games he is better choice than Ham or JBD . Also he can just focus on the offensive play and just being decent defensively .We have Jensen and Zub to take the load defensively. If he is an impact player after those 9 games just keep him and let him have a run for Calder.

I really like the pair of him and Sanderson both guys can use each other well and gives a great mentor to Yak even if Sandy is still young he is a great defender already in the league.
