This is what I’m talking about. Everyone loses their f***ing minds when Bedard is on the ice. I’m sick of this shit.

Davidson’s new goal this deadline is to get Bedard a linemate, I don’t care how.

They just stood around waiting for him to beat a guy 1 on 1. Neither idiot was open. You go with Kaiser, Donato, Bedard to start OT...why again? Terrible coaching as well.

Feel like he just gets overly defended here and overly criticized by the media and the main boards.

Looking for him to carry the play a little more and make things happen with the extra space. He’s just not attacking. Hes also not confident after the slump. It happens.

But he’s been bad. It’s not his deployment or his linemates alone, he’s just been bad.

Bedard creates no separation for himself 1 on 1. You saw it there in OT.

He was great at the dot tonight though. That’s nice to see.
He was contained. He created separation a few times but his teammates were doing nothing to get open. One you lose your momentum, there's not much you can do against a good defender. He's not MacKinnon or McDavid. Why he's on the ice with Donato and Kaiser, I have no idea. Neither belong in the top 9 you ice in OT.

Watching the replay of OT, Bedard created zero separation by Kaiser’ performance from
Flubbing the pass to getting walked was about as bad as you are gonna see in an OT.

Pretty stupid to write off a 22 year old dman entirely for his decision making less than 82 games into his nhl career.

He’s being written off because he’s shown very little. He’s a great skater but the game is way too fast for him, he turns the puck over under very little pressure.

Compare that to Del Mastro who is younger and not fleet of foot but has no issues moving the puck and thinking quick on the fly. Kaiser is a big reason why we’re constantly hemmed in the zone.
