Yeah but that was after and we were desperate. It's so frustrating, because Sharangovich and Boqvist would have been better with Mercer than Haula and whichever of the bottom six they staple to Haula and Mercer that day... It may not have been what we needed, but it would have been better.Shara was fine, the idea of getting a guy like Toffoli was fine. So was Zetterlund for Timo per se but you still have to replace Zetterlund in some fashion better as hard as it would've been. The Boqvist thing is the dumbest thing since this team pays 1M to a turd that barely plays and has no role in MacDermid.
“Nothing in the tank”, “goalie’d”, “tough fought game”…you can make up these meaningless excuse descriptors for any game if you’re shameless enough to want to. At some point, they lose all meaning when they just get smeared on whatever turd this team lays.Yes, losing a back to back to Carolina after beating them has nothing to do with getting goalied by Dostal, or losing a tough fought game to Florida in a shootout, or losing to Philly when they had absolutely nothing in the tank. These aren’t part of a clear trend.
they did not get goalie'd today
they havent had a good chance since they scored the goal
Holding their sticks too tightlySince when does Hamilton pass up shots??
They have been shut out 6 games and the season is not even over yet. The trend is they can't score consistently.Yes, losing a back to back to Carolina after beating them has nothing to do with getting goalied by Dostal, or losing a tough fought game to Florida in a shootout, or losing to Philly when they had absolutely nothing in the tank. These aren’t part of a clear trend.
