Sanderson is sooo young, especially for a Dman... He completely shut down Draisaitl on MULTIPLE plays, but also couldn't clear the zone which led to a goal on a BS penalty...

whatever happened to giving D 300 games or w.e to "Adjust to the league" that number used to get thrown around all the time, Jake isn't even half way there.
 
as usually guys so excited to go on the counter attack they just skate by the puck
 
These players don’t make moves to the net. They break into the zone and then immediately start going east west

We're under complete new management. From Melnyk to Andlauer. From Dorion to Staios. To Dave Poulin. From DJ to Martin & Alfie. Rest assure this is not the end and there will be changes. This current team is not coachable and the more losing that continues, the less the players will care.

Kubalik doesn't really clear .. and they go for a change.

1 pass and a good clean look.
Forsberg could have a save there but it was a brutal change

Just casually paying attention, I see Stützle with Kubalik, and Tkachuk with Kelly. Is Martin really putting lines in the blender that much? Or am I just catching mid-line-change plays?

I’m aware that Kelly was leading in that category prior to the goal. It was brought up on the podcast earlier in the week.

I’ll agree on credit to Bouchard. He’s on a tear. I’m just frustrated. At least Kelly didn’t pull a flamingo, I’ll give him that lol.
 
Chabot received puck with tons of space. By the times he makes up his mind the play is over lol. f*** man they’re all so relaxed out there.

There was a shift of Tkachuk - Greig - Macewen

it seems the "play well, get rewarded, play bad, lose minutes" mantra is coming into play.
