Man people looking for any excuse to **** on Nylander.

the ENTIRE Swedish team is playing terrible. And also, give some credit to Russia who is playing great.

No dude, he's been bad.

Not as bad as Aho, but up there. Everyone knows the whole swedish team hasn't performed, but Nylander is the best player on the roster. Everyone knows this.

He should have performed as such, didn't.

This game only shows that Finland lost because of stupid penalties. I don't still blame refs. Too many penalties = you know you lose. 5v3 PP was brutal in a good way for Sweden. Russia has played very well.

Sweden is easier to beat when you take as less penalties as you can. And don't give them 5vs3.. Finland was good 5vs5 against Sweden.

When Sweden plays good, and Nylander gets some points, he gets a lot, a lot of credit. He will get a lot of **** when he is this bad. Sweden is playing real bad too though.

Funny how according to the majority of HFBoards members who take interest in the WJC thought Russia was straight up bad and wasn't favorites against Switzerland because their first game in the tournament was close against Denmark

Most did not have Russia grabbing a medal in the pre tournament predictions.

Russia always pisses around in preliminary games (Against the lesser nations), happens too regularly. I think most of the ones not voicing their opinions knew that Russia is a different beast later in tournaments.

Give credit where is due. Russia is more prepared and they are playing with intensity and structure

He's trying to make things happen when half the forwards can't even accept a pass.

Nylander has been one of the best forwards for Sweden and he's just been OK....that tells you how bad the team has been at creating chances tonight.

Russians are playing a very good defensive game and have also outworked Sweden most of the night.

Of all the players to complain about on Sweden everybody targets Nylander, Aho, and Lindblom instead of the guy's who actually were horrible this tournament for them like Hagg, Soderstrom, and De La Rose.

Russia always finds a way. Imagine if their roster wasn't plagued by politics and had some of the good players that were left off.

I don't know about "always finds a way". They have only won gold at this tourney once in the last 11 years.
