GDT: Semi-Finals: Sweden vs Finland; Jan. 4, 2025; 15:30 EST

Finland is sick, thought the last goal should have been challenged, wasn’t pushed into the goalie - should have been goal tender interference

Hmm, I think the Swedish player was responsible for driving the guy into his goalie, but a challenge may have worked.

Agreed! And boy'oh'boy does he compete! He skates hard and checks like a beast and isn't afraid of dangling and going straight to the net. Love his effort!!!! Sisua p*rkele!

I don't think that was goalie interference but that goalie can't swallow a puck to save his life, I'd play the backup for the third

That goal was on Theo Lindstein. Why did he go into the slot where no Finnish player were instead of stepping up to the Finnish goalscorer and just block his way to the goal?

Surprised they didn't challenge that
Swedens coach actually was talking in his mic to their videocoach. I gues the videocoach said it wouldnt be good to take a 2min penalty + goal, when Swedens D pushed Alasiuru on his own goaltender?

Swede coach is an idiot. That was goalie interference.
Open your eyes - he talked to their videocoach and didnt want a penalty + goal allowed. Learn the rules - if D pushes opponent on the goalie - the goal stands. Challenge dismissed - 2min penalty.

Alasiurua should be on the powerplay instead of Rautiainen, he has done nothing there.
