You must have missed the eight minutes or so when Sweden didn’t get a shot on net at 5 on 5.

There it is... I feel so bad for Sweden. They send an amazing team every year and do everything right. They got a 100 guys in the NHL. It makes no sense.

Having said that.. great job Russia. I said I thought they were a gold medal contender after the Czechs beat them. Now they're clsoer than ever. Also, they will now have medalled 5 of the last 6 years.

Obviously there is something wrong when you win one f***ing gold over a span of almost forty years. So either the teams Sweden are sending aren't amazing or the coaching is whack.

I think Russia probably deserved to win this game.

I think they’re a tougher test for Canada if Canada beats the Finns, which is unfortunate, but sometimes you have to beat the best to be the best.

Canada typically matches up better against Sweden IMO.

If we are were to get past Finland I wanted a rematch against them anyway, but yeah I think it's a bigger test then sweden would have been.

But enough looking ahead, we have all we can handle coming up.
