Every time you complain about NHL refereeing, remember the IIHF/WJ refs....

They have quicker whistles but I actually find them more consistent than NHL refs.

I don’t particularly care what you call, just make it consistent. It’s like a strike zone in baseball, it doesn’t really matter if an umpire shifts it to the left as long as he calls it the same way all the time.
