In terms of overall, 5-on-5 play (which thankfully has been the majority of the game):
Canada has been amazing with their speed, size and forecheck creating turnover opportunities, and the offence has been efficient to say the least.
Finland is playing the better team game (not a surprise) with more consistent neutral zone and offensive zone control when it's not being disrupted by Canadian speed.
Canada's defence has been... scrambley. Not weak, but definitely would break if Finland or any other team had a more dynamic offence. Too much bending, but Hofer seems to have confidence AND skill.
Finland, well, they live and die as a team. When the defence breaks down, it REALLY breaks down. Otherwise, the standard structural play has been evident.
