Apparently they do? And it doesn't matter.

That's weird though I could have sworn it was a penalty because they had issues with faking for that exact reason (to get a 4th timeout)

That one was a little worse probably because it came right after the Eagles scored to make it a one score game.

One touchdown to the Chiefs, after two quarters of play, is a damn good performance. Helps that the Chiefs' wide receivers are dog ****, but that's what happens when you allocate twenty percent of the allotted cap to one person on a fifty-three person roster.

Refs did that right, really. Waited til just before the snap to review, and they'll allow the Bills to be set before starting the clock again.

Yeah, I haven't gone back to check but it felt like it might have been a half yard or so short.

We really didn't get hurt by it though - we gained 6 seconds because it took 16 seconds to actually line up.

They used them correctly on defense. They would have had 20 seconds instead of 1:20 if they didn't use them.

Also they stopped it twice for Hyde so they were forced to use those timeouts anyway.

Clock ran down to :21 right before they were going to snap it before the review

They set it back to :27 and we snapped it at :25 after - we actually gained 4 seconds.

Yep, it's a 10 second runoff, but from the time the original play ended. Definitely played in our favor.

I get Allen running to get the first down, but felt like that needed to be a pass play trying to pick up a chunk into FG range.
