Blitzing has actually seemed slightly more effective than dropping back in this game. They don't have the horses to drop into a zone, Burrow is abusing the 2nd level when they do.

That’s also on McDermott like dude watches film on ST / punts and forgot about scoring. He’s so focused on these small areas and seems like he’s given full control to Dorsey who clearly has been very dull

I think it's already started by letting Taiwan Jones go. They replaced Jake Kumerow with Sherfield who provides ST play but also a little more on offense, so that's not terrible. Matakevich is the one guy left they really got to find some rookies to take his role.
