All things considered the offense has still been decent, just a very very disappointing game from the defense. I do wish they had gone for that 4th & 2 in the first half but whatever, we basically needed points every drive to have any chance.

A defensive performance like this is pretty darn rare under McDermott, so I’ll trust they will get this fixed up.

But yeah, if this game was/is reachable for this offense, I’d trust them to get it done. I just don’t know if we’re getting the defensive stops we need
