Colts and Bengals both losing would really cut the AFC to an 8 team race at best with Miami still miles behind the top 7.

Also, Cousins is really trying to give this ATL-LAC game to the Chargers - a pick 6, a horrendous pick in the end zone instead of throwing it away that kept it a 4 point game...LA's offense has really done very little.

Better to play it safe with him possibly being ineffective in the run game as a blocker as well as catching passes. Let him get fully healthy.
