Poking for a loose puck doesn’t usually result in a penalty. I mean if you’re going to get a penalty for that you might as well flop on the goalie.

Hard to blame Samsonov tonight but that's what #1 goaltenders do. They make saves. 3 goals on 14 shots is terrible. Allen has outplayed him by a large margin.
