M's getting swept by the Angels (and scoring only 1 run in each game against a bottom 5 pitching staff) right before trading for Arozarena is an example of it being darkest before the dawn. Agree they still need one more bat, but this is huge.

The 12th and 22nd Mariners prospects. Both enjoying strong seasons though.

I compared the Mariners to the 2015 Mets the other day. Arozarena is not Cespedes but he's a big upgrade.
