Why not? With the trade deadline coming up they may need roughly 3-4 forwards and a defenseman to fill some roster gaps. They can grab some pending free agents and give them the rest of the season to audition for new contracts.Seattle be like

I think he’ll be able to carve out a spot in the bottom 6 for the Kraken. Has prior experience with Jay Leach and he was a pretty reliable player for him in Providence. Not a surprise his org claimed him
