Kane seems to really have matured. He's seemed a lot better in the public eye lately. He seems to be soaking up responsibility. I'm hoping to see him have a big game soon, he's been held pointless quite a bit lately.

We may have just watched Kyle Wellwood's last game as a Jet. I'm kind of sad. He's had some big goals for us and has played exceptionally well at times.

I'm sure he will catch on somewhere though.

We've had bad luck with our main opponents catching fire, and pulling away from us, notwithstanding our decent last 10 games. Look at the Last-10-games stats...

• NY Islanders 8-0-2
• NY Rangers 7-2-1
• Winnipeg Jets 6-3-1

The only team we're gaining ground on is Ottawa. And they basically had a playoff spot salted away a few weeks ago.
