These lines do reek of desperation. Putting Zib and Panarin on the same line when it hasn’t ever proven to be fruitful and giving up on Strome/Panarin shows a lack of confidence (also a good reason not to commit to Strome). The amazing thing is that while we will shake up the top six that has led to one of the most potent offenses in the league all year, we won’t move Howden from 3C. Chytil to the wing. Gauthier continues to get 4th line minutes with crap linemates. No confidence in your top six combos but no doubt in Howden at all. Odd.
