He's always present in the moment too. He's thinking his way through these answers while he's giving them.

I think there's a correlation there to how he's able to read what's happening on the ice and make plays in the moment quickly. He's a better fit than people realize on this up tempo team IMO.

Let's try him at 2C.

The one constant with his bias is the Avs. It's every game. I don't understand why though. There's a missing piece to the puzzle somewhere.

Coyle has proven in the past that he can play with extremely talented players. Pastrnak, Bergeron, Marchand. He fits.

The problem is when you play him in a scoring role AND don't give him those kinds of players, you get what you saw in Boston this season. A guy who struggles to produce.

I love everything about his game, but I love it in a 3C role.

Yeah I lived up in Carrollton. Dallas was alright. Had a great scene there

Famous last words because I do believe he’ll be heard from before this series is over but the only three times I noticed 96 was when he was alone in front down low on the PP, the little skirmish with Girard, and when he did Lindgren a little dirty and put him on his ass. Other than that it was a Casper impression.
