McD > Barky
Drai > Tkachuk
Biouch > Fors
Hyman > Reino
Kane > Benny
Skinner > Bob
Perry > Stenner

Basically, all of them are better than we are.

I’m going to Italy.

I dont get the hype on Bouchard. He's good offensive but I seen so many goals this season / playoffs were his giveaway leads to goal or he's out of position
No you didn’t. Edmonton fans are saying that’s not true. He’s better than Forsling defensively. That whole fanbase is a bunch of muppets. What an arrogant bunch of morons. This series is gonna be physical and I don’t think they’re going to like it.

Just stopping by to say a brief "Let's GO!!!!!!!!" to all of the longtime posters on here. I don't have the time to post much anymore but I appreciate all of you and please enjoy the moment regardless of the outcome. All Panthers fans deserve this after so many miserable years. I made it out to a game we won against Tampa in the first round and it was awesome. Finally got to throw a rat in the playoffs! Cheers and lets's go win a f***ing cup!

Did they seriously say he's better than Forsling defensively?

It’s all about points,
that’s why they are dismissive of Forsling.

Yeah. I think Bouchard is a good target, the guys eyes look in different directions so Bennett can maybe take advantage of that and hit him like Slavin. I don't think you can catch MacD off guard like @RogerRoger said but oh my if that ever happened, edmontonians would riot.
You know what, Bennett kinda got McD haha

I know they have high quality sarcasm in Miami, but ... huh?

Sick win tonight, keep it going, the entire Sun Belt is cheering for you.

You Got, Florida
Positives:
Bob
PK
We generally made their shots lower quality/unable to shoot as high as theyd like
Lots of takeaways, limited ours
First PP looked good against a solid pk unit
Capitalized on our few good chances
Lots of good hits
Generally kept it disciplined, compared to last finals
3rd and 4th line looked really good, Okposo has really surprised me and always liked Lorentz. Eetu was sorely missed last finals
Erod & Bennett had a nice game
3rd period we looked better, locked it down
Bob

Negatives:
Prob our worst start since the boston series, which may be a positive since we still won
Defense was struggling for a good bit
Forecheck was struggling
Offense wasnt able to get to the oilers zone for a good bit, oilers defense is legit
2nd PP was horrendous, didnt come back to bite us, but eh
tons of breakaways, we didnt learn much from the boston-rangers series
Tkachuk still hasnt looked good, glad the team is finding a way to win without him, but man, would kill for even just half of that Canes domination he had last year.

Really felt like we stole this one, which is fine, winning a game with our potentially worst performance of the finals. We should get better after this, but man we looked straight silly at times, thankfully bob was on the case. Gotta think oilers split up nurse and ceci and dont allow those goals going forward.
Very nice to have our first regulation win, shutout, and lead in the SCF. I hope they dont get too big headed and keep it on.

Splitting them might be great for us. They both suck.

I wouldn't worry too much about mixing things up. At 5v5, a lot of Edmonton's push was score effects vs a team that's just very good at defending a lead. Saw a lot of this versus Vancouver. Most of Edmonton's expected goals came off of the same powerplay, doesn't matter how many theoretical goals you generated, they're only worth one at the end of the day.

We haven't seen any score tied or score trailing situations yet. Oilers are always funny when it's them defending a lead.

Also the Oilers have 1 even strength goal in their last 3 games, with Barkov being such a penalty slaughterer and powerplays drying up in the finals, I like the Panthers chances a lot.

I'm merely stoking the existing fire, not adding more fuel to it.
