OffsideIm a neutral fan, but what the heck are people watching? There was clear space. Obviously offsides with the replay.
It's the Marchand effect.Im still curious how bennet constantly gets away with the most dumb founded stupidity plays over and over. Like do the refs love him, is he a "veteran player"; whats the narrative for him getting away with constant stupid stuff OVER and OVER
Tkachuk has been invisible other than scrums this series.Tkachuk put up huge numbers Bennett does not
Oilers have out - scored the Panthers 10-1 in the last game and a half.
Bluetooth earbud and stream the game on my phone… finish up work with enough time to catch the 3rd period. I’m impatient lol and would get updates from coworkers or friends I’m sure.Record the game with time for OT. Don't look at any media until you've watched the game.
Really not Barkov's fault. He's probably been Florida's best player tonight. Tkachuk on the other hand, total ghost this series. Even when they were winning.Could you even be caught dead in a Barkov or Tkachuk jersey after this series?
you're just sad all your hot takes are not coming true.Honestly the offsides stuff needs to go.
If it's a Matt Duchene type play, obviously no goal.
But this is ridiculous.
I will always step in to correct this.
The rule at the time was that Hull could be in the crease because he was in possession of the puck, having kicked it to his blade prior to moving into the crease. That rule was put into place in March of that season. This was confirmed by the Sabres after the fact.
I agree with all the other stuff you said, and would add that the Hull situation never had to be a controversy, because the crease replay rule was as stupid as offside replay.
This will be way worse.they're really gonna pull it off eh?
Biggest choke since the Leafs in game 7?
A rules a rule? What else do you want. I can 100% guarantee, if this was against your team you'd want it called fairly. You're right, those have a totally equivalent effect on the outcomea player who is offside by a tiny fraction of an inch hasn't gained any advantage worth legislating.
Kinda like Marchand. League loves those guys . Was funny as hell when he did it to Marchand .Bennet just does some of the dirtiest plays and always gets away with it, thats all.
The zone entry they weren’t entitled to is a massive advantageYou're right, those have a totally equivalent effect on the outcomea player who is offside by a tiny fraction of an inch hasn't gained any advantage worth legislating.
I disagree. He's playing a heck of a 200 foot game.
Same with the NFL.Those kind of challenges are ruining my like of the NHL
The NFL does just fine
man this game feels like its taking a lifetime.
It was close but clear.Probably the shot where the skate was in the zone and the puck was still on the blue line…
That’s what sold it for me anyways
Sure, "funny", but the fact that its not called its also laughable as well.Kinda like Marchand. League loves those guys . Was funny as hell when he did it to Marchand .
