The way he suddenly threw the glove off and grabbed his bicep, I got flashbacks to a torn biceps tendon. Could have just cramped really bad from an awkward fall, but the way he panicked like he did, I’d bet he felt that pop and the muscle roll up/down away from the tear. Just a hunch.

Did you ever get that fixed? I remember it was bothering you pretty badly a few months ago.

Tampa pushing, throwing players to the ice when they enter their zone... no calls.

sport has fallin in my eyes

People say Laf reminds them of Huberdeau, to me Landeskog 2.0 is the closest comparison

I’ve thought this exact thing before. That’s who he should model his game on at this level. Landeskog is listed at 6’1 215, Laf at 6’2 196. As he fills out, I’d love to see him playing Landeskog’s game and style.

Same thoughts here. Didn't see a skate make contact with him. When you react that way, it's either completely torn or it is severe cramps.

I didn’t have surgery, I wore a sling for about a month, haven’t used the arm for much besides holding the baby. It’s still super sore with a bit of a restricted range of motion, but it seems to slowly be mending.

I can’t stand Tampa but are people literally always going to bitch anytime a team shuts down another team’s speed and high octane offense? Tampa is putting on a masterclass on how to check and defend. So they should play to the other team’s strengths and run and gun and allow 5-7 goals a game? How about Colorado gets their nose dirtier? This is what Tampa did to us and people laughed at us. Suddenly it isn’t so funny. Colorado’s offense is supposed to be godly.

No they shouldn't, they should do what gives them the best chances of winning.
Don't confuse not enjoying the spectacle with not understanding why it happens

This is what Tampa did to us after game 2/3. They're doing the same to Colorado.

The more I see this series, the more I think the Rangers wouldn't have beaten Colorado for the simple reason that the Rangers wouldn't have played the way Tampa is. Heck, the Rangers didn't adjust when Tampa did this to them.

I'm not taking away from Tampa's defense, but they are mugging players... and nothing is called, and then they call that invisble play off Hedmans rush? It's BS.

But you're right, you have to adjust and play just as gritty and take the game to them when they play that style.

It's a masterclass because they can interfere in the playoffs.
