Can't describe how much I'm seething over this series right now. I've never seen a team work so hard with no results to show for it

Quick has been great, something tells me if Kane/Toews were getting these chances, the Rangers would have a couple on the board.

Team has lousy finishers. Quick doesn't look any better than Tokarski or Mason looked. Or even back to back shutouts Fleury.

This team struggles beating every goaltender on good chances. No finish.

AV not recognizing that Brad Richards is holding back our powerplay, one of our best forwards and our fastest skater is a major reason why we're losing this game and the series

Most of the players on the team are playing their respective hearts out, but the naturally gifted players on the "top line" are not playing at the level that was expected from them.

The core is finally there, but the top end isn't. :(

This is the difference between a winner and a loser. Quick is standing on his head. Hank hasn't been bad, but certainly not standing on his head to propel the Rangers to any wins.

Now that I'm focusing on it it's very noticeable how even when Richards was at an angle nobody was even attempting to skate into the middle of the slot for him to pass he has no choice but to bail or shoot with Quick already cutting off the angle completely.

Why are people surprised by the lack of snipers and finishing?

You don't know your team by now? Don't blame it on lack of effort.

Yeah, but Quick hasn't had to defend shots off his own players. Lundqvist has stopped every LA shot otherwise.
