I just went through a similar situation in the Nanaimo sawmill shooting. If anybody doesn't know, google it. I lost a person that I dealt with and talked to multiple times a day. It's still a numb feeling when I see the phone number of that sawmill come up on my call display at work. You hope to hear there voice on the other end when you answer, but at the same time you know it's not possible.
