I was five years old and didn't watch Hockey yet back in 1994 so I'm quite excited that I finally have my first taste of the Stanley Cup Finals to look forward to after just wishing year after year to make the playoffs just once during the Dark Ages. I thought 2011-12 was our time and was so disappointed when the team ran out of steam in the ECF but it was oh-so nice to see Montreal running their players into the ground and looking tired this time around.

No matter what happens next, this has been the best run that I've seen since becoming a fan and I'm going to enjoy it(as much as I can, as soon as the games start I'm going to be on edge again throughout).

Gongrats! That series-clinching goal couldn't have come to a better guy. Good luck to the finals.

Well.. the Rangers bankrupted me. Switched bars, me being a fumbfuxk bought the whole bar drinks. Ima get the Rangers to pay.

One last time…

That made me crack up again!!

I couldn't help myself, so I went lurking on the Habs board for a few minutes. What a bunch of whiny, sore losers!

There are a few giving us credit. However, most are b****ing about their effort tonight, with a few "**** kreider; Price woulda won" and "why did we trade McD" sprinkled in.

Loudest I've heard MSG in person. Granted, I wasn't taken to many games as a kid (certainly not playoff games) during the mid-90s, but this crowd really makes you wonder what the hell is wrong during the regular season.

Haven't heard it MSG that consistently crazy ever.

I'm so proud to have seen us win the Eastern Conference live. Had to stop multiple times and take it all in.

Was watching the mic'd up in the dressing room after the game and seeing Kreider with no shirt, he is all lean muscle. Its pretty crazy.

I was watching the game with my cousin. Before I left my house, I threw every piece of Canadian property I owned - shirts, towels, etc. - in the freezer a la Boomer.

I wore a suit to watch the game. All business. Just take care of business. I said less that 20 words the whole game. No gasps during near misses, nothing. Just taking it all in and really I felt relieved more than anything. I'm never like this. Probably the most nervous and anxious before a game I have have ever been.

Quick side note, after the Game 7 against Vancouver in 1994, I was a young teenager. I saw the players spraying champagne on everyone. I wanted to do that. So I grabbed a bottle from my parents' bar and went into my shower and shook it up and poured it all over myself, clothes and all.

My parents asked what I did. "Don't worry Mom, I didn't drink it. I just wanted to celebrate and poured it all over myself."
