Saw Vilardi at the airport at 430am

I saw Gabriel Vilardi at a grocery store in Winnipeg yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.

The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.

When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

Not sure they would specify to take his girl home, but it isn’t unusual for a team to grant a player some time away from the team if they are physically unable to play.
I'm not suggesting they said that explicitly, but maybe they implied it

If she's not 100% happy where she is as an LA-born social media influencer, the org would know that and they seem like the type to make concessions and accommodations for things like that... like how they allowed Schenn to go see his family, PJ'd players to that funeral in Minnesota allowong for a longer visit, etc

All i can say about this story is....

Details? What airport? Where was the plane going?
He was standing across from the gate to Toronto…but I have no idea if he took that flight. I saw him, checked out his lady friend…discretely…wink wink. Thought to myself…that is a large human and continued on until my gate. Maybe he was just walking her to the gate and went home after…? Who knows. If he catches up with the team in NJ, then the Toronto flight checks out.

So i show up at the house Vilardi and his girlfriend are building and well, instead of a guard dog, they've got this bloody great big Bengal tiger. I managed to take out the tiger with a can of mace, but the construction workers... that's a different story altogether. I had to beat them to death with their own shoes. Nasty business, really.

Not true. I’m in Toronto now and he’s not here.

LMAO. Is this some Gen Z copy-pasta nonsense?

The Jets are on a home stand this weekend, so NJ is here tomorrow. The Jets do play in LA next Tuesday, so it makes sense the team gave Gabe the okay to travel ahead of them with his "family" to LA.
