The problem isn't that those calls aren't penalties, because they are. It's that thetvarebt called with any consistency. Each of those penalties happened the last two games, some several times over and they weren't called.

That said the Canes have looked like they're hoping to lose by enough that Peters puts Alves in for hahas.
