That was the Blonde Ambition Tour. I remember they did a documentary following Madonna during the tour and she got into trouble with Toronto police who threatened to arrest her because they thought apart of her show was too raunchy and they wanted her to alter that part slightly. She didn't change anything in her show and she didn't get arrested, but it was interesting to find out after the fact in the documentary.

Yeah feigning a blowxxx on one of the backup dancers with no age restrictions in the audience is a little much. I mean really why would you want young girls knowing how to do that.
