I don't mind Robertson top 6. He can't consistently create his own offence, but his one thing is shooting. The 3rd line doesn't let him do his one trick cause it doesn't create chances for him. If he keeps playing this way, he's gone regardless, but might as well see what he can do and get him some goals for trade value.

That bottom six is ugly. Who does Edmonton have that warrants Reaves being in the lineup again? Pick one of Kampf and Holmberg. Just don’t see much in Dewar. I think Steeves could be an nhl player. This may be his last chance.

Robertson stats are awful but he has been a positive factor in many games. Increase his minutes from 10 to 15 and see what happens. 3 shifts a period is tough for an offensive player. A young guy sitting over a guy like Reaves is horrendous.

With Patches and Jarnkrok showing no signs of returning, somethings gotta be done about this bottom 6.

I’m sure they hoped to keep guys like Minten and Grebenkin with the Marlies for most of the year but that might have to change. We could use some exciting youth and they have more offensive upside than what we’re using.

T.O.
First game I circle on the calendar every year but happily missing it this time. Avoiding downtown at all costs for a couple weeks.
I would have as well but I bought tickets a few months ago for me and the wife to go see Sebastian Maniscalco this Friday not realizing the circus would be in town.

That is putrid.

At some point, I hope we see the likes of Minten, Grebenkin and Nylander called up from the Marlies to audition for roles in the bottom six. We can't go on for the rest of the season with no production from half of our forwards.
You won't see Nylander called up considering he doesn't have a contract

If you go by point %, we've played nine games against playoff level competition.

@NJ, vsLA, vsNYR, vsTB, @BOS, @WPG, @MIN, vsBOS, @Was

We've taken 14 out of a possible 18pts in those games.

Tonight will be another tough game against a good team.

People acting like Domi being in the lineup is a good thing??? Guys a f***ing bum. He single handedly kills a line.

So many black holes on this team it’s actually pathetic. Trash upon trash

Domi
Kampf
Reaves
Robertson
Holmberg
Dewar

Who is charge of their schedule? This is literally the best home Saturday game they’ll have the remainder of the calendar year.

Imagine what it's going to look like down there between this game and the Swift concert. I think you've made a wise decision.
I thought that was last night?

And yet after tonight's game they will be first in the division if Florida loses against Winnipeg.

There are 6 sold out shows in Toronto including tonight. She takes a few days off starting tomorrow ((I'm guessing to go watch her boy Kelce tomorrow) and finishes up next week,

I have no idea about her music or whatever but if she makes people happy, good enough for me. I still don't understand the hate.

6 shows? Wow. She’s a big star and good for those that get to see the show, but I’ve never listened to that type of music in my life and I wouldn’t know any of her songs by name. If I heard them at a game or something I wouldn’t know it was her.
There have been big baseball games and Leafs games on the same night so the city can handle it.

The GO train will be an absolute zoo after the game.

I actually had this discussion with my wife a few months ago. I told here I couldn't name a single song by Taylor Swift and she said I'd know them if I heard them. She played 4 or 5 of her biggest hits and...nope, haven't heard a single one of these songs. Again though, she seems to mean a lot to many people so I wish her the best.

We have friends from St. John's staying with us this week because they have tickets for tonight's show.

My wife and I lucked out - last Saturday we had a bike club dinner at whatever they all Ryerson now; tonight we have a (different) bike club dinner at Beertown on Islington. Whew!

The only thing that annoyed me about all the reviews on Wednesday was they took so long - I had set the pvr for 3 hours (had a game) and time ran out mid way through OT.

Go Leafs Go!
and Brad, go out and trade for Malkin, he is available, get some salary retention, involve a third team to take some more, and our centre issues are all fixed.
You can do it! Show some courage!!!

I wouldn’t know the singer for most songs in that genre, the funny thing is, my wife wouldn’t either. At ball games and such we’d hear a bit of a song and have to ask each other who sings it. We’re good with that.

Lord save us. The Swifties are going to hijack the thread today. Even making weird Malkin proposals. Stay safe out there. Go Leafs Go.
